Controller and contact

Enlace Clave, S.A. de C.V., at Salamanca 2, Fracc. Victoria, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. For privacy requests, contact ventas@enlaceclave.com with the subject “Privacy”.

Information and purposes

The form collects your name, company, work email, optional phone number and project details: service, type of support, city, work site, volume, requested date and description. This information is used to evaluate your requirements, respond, prepare a quote and follow up on your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising. We do not request sensitive personal information, identity documents or payment information through this form; please do not include them.

Processing and website activity

Requests are emailed to the sales recipients designated by Enlace Clave, including any configured internal copies. Website support and email/hosting providers process information as needed to operate these services. Email systems and backups may contain copies. The website activity panel records the time, language, page and type of contact click or form event, plus a reference and sending status. It does not store the form message, your name, email or a visitor identifier in that activity panel. A successful sending status does not guarantee receipt.

The form uses temporary technical controls to limit abuse. Contact-click measurement does not add advertising cookies. Administrative sign-in uses session cookies. If you follow a WhatsApp or email link, that external service processes information under its own privacy terms. No advertising-platform data sharing is implemented by this contact form.

We also send a personalized acknowledgement to the email entered in the form. The thank-you page uses your first name, reference and confirmation status in session storage in your browser tab, with a 30-minute display window. These details are not added to the URL or sent to advertising services. Closing the tab normally clears this session storage.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection, revoke consent, or ask to limit use or disclosure by emailing the privacy contact above. Include your name, a reply address, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate your request. For corrections, describe the change. Identity or representative authority may need to be verified through an appropriate secure channel; do not upload identity documents through the quote form.

Requests will be handled within the applicable legal periods. The general ARCO procedure provides for a decision within 20 days and, when applicable, implementation within the following 15 days; legally justified extensions may apply. Information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve responsibilities. You can request cancellation when it is no longer needed for your request, subject to those obligations.
